Your Body, Nature, and You
Your body is a marvel. It speaks to you every moment. It allows you to communicate with the world continuously. It is in constant interrelationship and interaction with your mind, your consciousness. You came into the world through the union of a man and a woman who brought you into being, even though today, as people casually say, it is possible to have a child in other ways. That is not the subject here. We will remain with what nature has always made possible.
Indeed, the foundation of all life on this Earth is nature itself. Whether manipulated, attacked, overexploited, or polluted to the point where one might say it has been denatured, it nevertheless remains the ultimate vital reference for all humanity.
Your baby body grew and developed rapidly. You became that boy, that girl, that young man or young woman who moves through this world, and it is this body that allows you to experience a myriad of sensations and perceptions. Society quickly imposes upon you an education in conformity that shapes your mind, sets limits to your development, and relegates the intuitions of your sacred being to the depths of a consciousness that is all too quickly alienated. Thus, very early on, you confine yourself within a kind of prison with invisible bars, one that restrains your creative impulses and distorts the reason for your being in this world.
Yet your body, with its billions of cells that live, die, and constantly reproduce, remains forever the home of your soul. Yes, it is a vague word, with a spiritual, even religious, connotation, but it carries meaning.
So what do we arrive at if we take this dimension of embodiment into account? We speak first of the body before thinking about the soul, before thinking at all, and we are compelled to recognize a being of flesh and blood who is subject to the constraints of matter, who has a physiology and a metabolism. These are somewhat scientific terms, but they describe a reality that cannot be ignored and that conditions the evolution of the soul.
And the body can become ill… in a thousand different ways. It can generate pain, suffering, and ultimately it moves inexorably toward death. But the life of this body can be long, and it should be, if you are conscious of what motivated the universe to bring you into this world, because you have a task to fulfill here. As soon as this awareness takes hold—which can happen at any age, sometimes even later in life—the course of life can change radically, and no one but you can determine what it will become. And whatever the vicissitudes of an existence marked by difficulties, whatever the journey strewn with obstacles of every kind, nature will tirelessly work to make you aware of what you are, who you are, and why you are present in this world. It is infinitely protective, and it will help you act appropriately if you learn to call upon it with clarity and discernment.

What you are being deprived of is wind, snow, and sunshine.
Of mountains, rivers, and forests: the true riches of humanity!
Everything was made for you: deep within your darkest veins, you were made for everything!
Jean GIONO, The True Riches
Thus, it will offer you the true means of overcoming illness, which does not necessarily exclude treatment protocols provided by healthcare systems, while maintaining the constant precaution of not compromising the integrity of the body through an unhealthy diet, excessive medication, or falsely protective and, in fact, harmful injections.
In order to overcome the chaos of the world, or even to free ourselves from it, we must cultivate doubt, remain vigilant and attentive to the signs that reality reveals to us, so that we may become aware of what constitutes our essence—something we too often tend to neglect, yet which nevertheless determines our ability to remain healthy.
We all know the old saying, even if we consider it somewhat outdated: a healthy mind in a healthy body. It sounds like a tautology, and yet it is far from self-evident.
Education about the body and how to understand it must therefore be a priority. Depending on one's life circumstances and individual possibilities, how can we naturally maintain good health through nutrition, physical activity, contact with nature, the pursuit of physical and emotional well-being, learning to understand oneself, and the creation of authentic relationships—and this from the moment a child reaches what is traditionally called the age of reason? In this regard, practical multilingual guides should be created to develop these various points, illustrating them according to the levels of understanding and expression of children, adolescents, young adults, and their parents. These guides can be found, as future contributors add their input, under the section Maintaining a Healthy Body and Mind (open space) or Educational Tools Available (an endlessly open space! ...).
So who is capable of freeing children from the unhealthy influences exerted upon them from their earliest years? Who truly wishes to spare them all the destructive conditioning that society imposes upon them? Who has the courage to do so? Who will do it?
This is where a renewed call is made to conscious and clear-sighted individuals, guided by the sense of responsibility imposed upon them by respect for their own humanity. By starting from who they are, from what they know through practicing a healthy way of life—including, of course, nutrition and all activities that foster the fulfillment of human potential—they will see how they can offer, according to their writing abilities, educationally appropriate content for children and young people of every background throughout the world.
